The preliminary NTSB Report has been released on Roland ‘Rolly’ Babcock’s, recently of EAA Chapter 1099, Fredericksburg, accident on Tuesday, July 14th; while on final approach to KEZF Runway 24. It apprears there was mechanical failure; I’ll provide information on this at our meeting.
