EAA Chapter Insurance Prohibited Activities
The following are activities that are prohibited because they are not covered by the EAA supplied chapter insurance:

- Airport ownership, management and/or maintenance

- Owning, operating and/or leasing an airworthy aircraft

- Aircraft fueling for a charge or a co-op fueling arrangement

- Flight instruction of any type or kind, including ultralights

- Owning or leasing an airport or airpark

- Racing of any kind

- Flour bombing/Pumpkin drops

- Bouncy Houses/Kiddy Rides

- Facilities that exceed 10,000 square feet

- Sweepstakes

- Co-hosting with another organization

- Overnight youth camps

- Balloon breaking/ribbon cutting

- Air Shows/Aerobatic demonstrations

- Activities requiring waivered airspace (except for IAC Chapters for their approved events)

- Sale of alcoholic beverages

- Simulated aerial combat
-
- Wing walking/parachute jumpers

- Endurance flights involving fuel exhaustion

- Pyrotechnics/Fireworks
-
- Performing at events as an EAA Chapter, including funeral public event fly-overs
- Aircraft Maintenance for a charge or exchange of services
